There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Ryker's After Market Fuel Pump Works, but... Any ideas on this??

The bar graph on the console only goes about 2/3 up when tank is full. The graph starts dropping down when fuel amount catches up with "range". Also, the black ( ground?) wire that is in the tank was not used on the pump. No where to plug it in. I zip tied it to the pump, so it won't
be lost down in the fuel. The Original pump (filter) on 2019 Rally gave out at 16,200 miles. I never had any notice that my pump needed replacing.
Maybe "after market" :lecturef_smilie: is the problem. 10/2018 is build date.

Sounds like your float is sticking. You have to align the pump quite precisely to ensure that the float moves freely. (Ask me how I know.)

The top of the capless filler on the 2019-2020 models was grounded using that black wire plugged into fuel pump ground. Later models added a cap and must be grounded differently to the top of the tank, so the fuel pump ground connection was eliminated. If you check, you will find that the OEM part numbers are different for the different years. Your aftermarket pump manufacturer apparently did not take that into account. I suggest that you splice that loose wire connection back into the fuel pump ground. With all that plastic in the construction, your fuel inlet is probably not grounded.

I never got the aftermarket pump to work 100%. I was able to clip into a ground wire without having to solder. The bar graph on console would never go up beyond 2/3 full. Even after trying to fine tune the float location. I rode it this way a couple times, but I knew something wasn't right. NEW OEM from "Fox Powersports" arrived today, even had the female clip on the ground wire. I installed it today, started it up and the bar graph shot to the top. Had about a 124 mile range after previous 70 mile ride. It'll balance out. The filter on the OEM pump is about 1&1/4" longer than the "fake" one. I should learn from Shawn Smoak (youtube) NO Aftermarket ''stuff" & avoid short runs.

I just installed a fuel pump from Fuel pump factory. Started and all looked good. Went to fuel the tank and fuel started running out the pressure relief. Called them and hopefully a replacement is on the way

Updated story on fuel pump issue. Fuel Pump Factory sent a second pump out to me and here is one of the problems with their pump. I sent them an email about the issue with these photos and have gotten no response. The port on the top of the original pump is plugged. Their pump is not and allows fuel to run out the top. Their pump also whines like the original.
