• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ryker mpg FYI

OK, Ryker Rally with about 3,000 miles. #1 freeway speeds=34.5 mpg. #2 cruising secondary roads=39 mpg. #3 back road site seeing=47 mpg. :yikes::yikes::yikes: cueman

For 3,300 Miles I have been averaging 32 per the indicator. Hard to Not twist the throttle with the Ryker? My F3 gets 36-37.

Did anyone buy the Ryker for the gas mileage? If so, then a three wheel scooter gets better mileage.

Thanks for the results. The way I drive, I probably would be lucky to get 25mpg...:sour:

Those are pretty good numbers... How did you go about calculating them?

Miles traveled divided by gallons used. Nothing scientific, but I was careful to fill to the same level as close as possible. When I site see riding on back roads I seldom use my brakes to stop and I go at a pleasing pace to enjoy my surroundings. If an occasional car comes up behind me, I just politely wave it by. I’m not trying to set any mpg records, I just think it was fun for me to see how MY driving influenced MY mpg. By the way, this was on 87 octane. YMMV cueman
