How bad could this be?
Riding along in the city at 60kph, pot hole ahead, couldn’t avoid it.
impact wasn’t bad, just a typical pot hole, but the bike shifted in to reverse, flashers went on and came to a abrupt stop.
When stopped I put the bike back into drive and pulled over, no abnormal noises and the bikes seems to drive ok, but I booted it back home as I was only a few blocks away, cut my ride for the day short.
Just did a physical once over to see if there is anything physical broken on the out side and nothing. Was about to go toodle around the neighborhood and listen and feel for any thing off.
Is this a thing, hitting a bump or pothole throws the transmission out of gear?
My warranty ran out on April 30, 32 hours ago lol!
What damage if any could have occurred? Stretched and scorched belts maybe, not even remotely educated on how the Ryker’s CVT works.
