• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

HowTo: Ryker Floorboards

I put floorboards on my Ryker today. Got the idea off someone on facebook. I had left over passenger floorboards from my Street Glide drilled 1/4" hole thru both HD and Ryker OEM pegs to attach it. You can still make full adjustment. Here are some pictures.

I put on a set of Lamonster's Ryker Floorboards on my wife's Ryker... she loves them. Floorboards are a great addition.

Gonna have to check the flea markets and garage sales. New ones are bit expensive. I have some highway pegs from a Harley that I was thinking of attempting an install. Don't quite know where I would attach them right now, though.

Thanks for this idea. Do you happened to have the model number of these floorboards or could send me a picture from Amazon on which one I should purchase. Thanks

Thank you very much. Now you said you have to drill the hole in the pegs at an angle? Do you have Any video of installation process?

Ditto. My favourite wife had a habit of dragging her heels with the stock pegs, getting very close to the ground. The floorboards force her to keep her heels off the ground. They are more comfortable for me too.

do the lamonster floorboards raise you foot height or would they be at the same level as the existing pegs? Adding the other boards mentioned here would seem to raise your foot 1/2 " + which is not great for us with long legs?

I just ordered the Lamonster floorboards, he redesigned them for the perfect angle and they're as far forward as they can go. If you have real long legs you'll want the highway pegs, they're out of stock until July 30. Those attach to the floorboards. I fully intend on grabbing the pegs but I think the floorboards alone will help with the soreness, i've been having to kick my legs out after an hour to stretch or it gets to hurt after a while.

Just installed Lamonster floor boards and they are worth the bucks, in my book, anyway Feet sit lower than with pegs and make riding much more enjoyable. This is after 200 mi. ride. I should have installed these last year. I am reading 9000 mi on odometer.
