There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Is anyone out there Ryding with a Pacemaker?

I'd think as long as your doctor clears you to drive, you should be able to ride.
The biggest risk is if something should cause you to pass out.

I've gotta agree with that ^ - if driving (or even flying!) with a pace-maker is OK, then why would ryding a Spyder be any different?? 
I'm pretty sure we've got quite a few people here in Oz riding with pacemakers, probably numbering well into the high hundreds by now, if not an even bigger number with 3 zero's after it!! Last time I looked at the thread similar to this that we used to have going in one of the Oz Spyder Forums (since closed, when no-one else wanted the responsibility of maintaining it, probably 2 or 3 years ago now) IIRC, it was was well past 500 affirmative responses from those who were prepared to share that sorta info, and I'd guess that you've got a helluva lot more Spyder Ryders over there than we have here in Oz!
So check with your Doctor, sure; but aside from following their advice, I reckon you can fairly safely just...

Don't see why riding a Spyder would be any more dangerous than driving cars and trucks. One of my brothers has had a pacemaker for about 30 years and still driving and working. If you have had a stroke or some other problems the doctor may not clear you to drive, but just for a pacemaker you can still have a normal life. It will probably depend on your general health over-all.
