rumble underneath 70 to 75 mph

Hi All !!

When I get up to 70 mph, I feel a rumble (only descriptive word I can think of) underneath my bike.
It lasts till about 78 or so.
going up to 70ish, its all smooth, then the rumble till around 78, then smooth again.
Weird !! Can't figure what it is.

LOL Thats where I found out its belt.
Atleast I think its belt.
I have to bring my bike in for 600 mile service.
I'm gonna let them know and hopefully they will be able to take care of it.
