RTS right mirror

RTS 2016 mirror right side. Has a rock chip upper inner left corner of "mirror". How to fix? Complete assembly two hundred sixty. Thinking of putting a small smiley face on it for now. Anyone taken a mirror apart and replaced mirror only?

:agree:I recommend the Wide-Vue mirrors from TricLED linked above, I've had them since Spyderfest and I can't imagine not having them, MUCH better field of view. And they just stick on over the stock mirrors.
