can anyone who knows for sure tell me if the 2013 RT Limited already has the ultra comfort seat because its a limited?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

No it does not, the only difference is the comfort seat driver position is 2 inches further back. Of course your passenger will lose 2 inches. The material and form are the same just the size difference.

RT Limited seat
To me that is a hard question. The BRP website says "exclusive touring Embroidered Spyder RT Limited seat". Is a comfort seat? yes but thats matter of opionion to many people. I have a good friend that just got the RT limited and he disliked the seat so much he went back to the dealer to see if he could trade it for his corbin seat that had. (just as an FYI they did trade it for him)
