There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Rt222 trailer price?

Wondering what a good price would be for a trailer and hitch. Found a dealer that wants to get rid of his.
Not sure how much they are dealing on these.

Steve's pretty close. I got my dealer to sell his (he got it at the same time as my RT and waited a couple of months to see if he sold the trailer) at $3500 with tax, fees and hitch installed.

WoW! You guys have gotten some great deals on trailers! My dealer quoted me $4300 out the door for hitch, trailer, install and tax. He told me his cost on the trailer was $3500. I'm not buying that one! And, I'm buying an RTS at the same time!

Does anyone happen to know if there is any rebates on the trailers right now? I know Can Am has an unadvertised rebate of $1000 on any 2010-2011 Spyders before Sept 30th.

What color is your RTS? They have a timeless black trailer at Shawmut Hills Sales in Grand Rapids. I have no idea what they want for it but it is a 2010 still in the box so I imagine they might be willing to deal. You'd probably have better bargaining power where they have a trailer without the matching RT.

Hey thanks for the heads up about Shawmut Hills! My new RT is going to be Timeless Black! Will the 2010 wiring match my 2011?

I believe the only things they changed on 2011 is lighting but I doubt that would be an issue for you. They said they would install the water management kit in it. If you call them be sure to remind them that they don't make RTs in timeless black anymore!

Bought my trailer and hitch (installed) at a dealer in SC back in July for $3,500 out the door.

Don't know for sure but I believe the dealer cost on the hitch assembly and controller is around $275 and the cost on the trailer is around $3,100.

So the dealer almost sold for cost.

Thanks everyone for your feedback! It is starting to sound like my price of $4300 is a bit high in comparison to some of you other folks.

I just returned from my trip from Michigan and there was one at Peacock motors on Hwy 37 and one at the dealership East of Big Rapids and both of them were at least $1000 off list price (if I remember correctly).

Not for 2012. There aren't many new RTs available in Michigan right now. The dealer I spoke of doesn't have a single Spyder available for sale. They won't have any until the 2012s come in.

I paid $2999 for mine. It was a 2010 (i have a 2011 Spyder, yes it works just fine). I had to drive a little to get it, but we just made a trip out of it. I have seen them as low as $2500 for a 2010.

Tell me where and I'll buy one!!! Ann told me of one in Michigan that I need to call on WHEN I can get out of back to back meetings on Wed.
