• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT vs. RS wheels

Has anyone tried to put the 12-spoke RT front wheels on an RS? The BRP accessory catalog says the 12-spoke wheels are for the RT only. Why?

The RT wheels have more offset. They are set a bit wider to the outside. Your fenders will not fit without modification (or the RT brackets?) if you use them on your RS, and the wheel alignment and steering may be affected.

scotty .. do you think I`ll bring my RT easier around our curves with the RS wheels ?? (or did anyone try that ?)

I don't think so. The extra weight and height of the RT demands the wider wheel track. I think the excessive body roll with a narrower track would defeat your purpose. Not sure what it would do to the steering geometry, either. JMHO

It'd only be better in the snow! Wider better for dry pavement, so they say...

:agree: Instead of skinnying up the RT, why not let somebody try a set of RT wheels on an RS (Without fenders!) and see how much better it does The Twist...
