We purchased our RT in August of 2011 and order a trailer hitch also to be installed. Here it is Feb. 2012 and still no hitch.:banghead: Has any one heard of any problems with them or why such the back order on them?

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My dealer had one in stock a few weeks ago. You might want to call around, they're out there.

they were back ordered and now BRP has them in stock, well in Canada anyway. I just got one from the dealer here and had to wait 2 weeks to get it. They did tell me they were back ordered but now they are being shipped out.

I'm in the same position. I ordered mine back in December and am still waiting. Dealer has no idea when the backorders will be filled. Hopefully I see it before the good riding weather comes!

I called the dealer today. He said there were a few at various dealers in California. I can wait on mine since we are getting snow here now. Have your dealers locate them. I don't have a trailer yet so I'm in no hurry. Good luck!

I bought my 2011 RT-S in May and decided in late Jan 2012 to buy the RT-622 trailer. It took my dealer only about a week to get a hitch and the trailer which I picked up today from the dealer. Originally, I was informed that the hitches were on backorder to May 2012. I bought the hitch and tongue stand last Monday, 20 Feb even though on backorder. My dealer must have gone the extra mile to find a hitch. They had already found a RT-622 trailer in Magnesium Metallic in WV and had it bought in on Thursday this week.
