• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rt-S vs RT Limited

I would say, list what you want or need, then go to a dealer, Most have a side by side chart of features, if you ask.
as a example I bought the base 2010 rt, but then added CB/comm and bought a add on Baker built air supply for the rear end. The Comm set set cost about twice what it would have from the factory, when install added in. some thing/features are kind of hidden, but other things like chrome are not.
Good luck, the big thing is get one and ride the he.. out of it

It's a personal choice. I don't care for the chrome and I really like the clean "basic" look of the basic model. With what I have planned it will work very well with the final design.
I was able to get both the bluetooth package and brp hitch included w/ tax and title for less than they were asking for just the basic RT.

I probably would have spent the extra money to get the black currant, but they didn't have one in stock so in hindsight I am glad they didn't.
I have GPS, soft luggage, cup holders, full communications and audio, towing, and a the money I saved will be going towards my trailer, tpms, helmet locks, led's, and carbon fiber wrap.
I really like what I have and in the end that's all that matters, it's a personal choice.

if you can't afford an RT .... buy the lesser equipped model.... then you get to add all the goodies and pay lots more .... :2thumbs:

osm

I did that with my 2010...
I couldn't find a Blue RT-S, so I bought the A&C model instead. ;)

...And I spent three years turning it into the RT-S that I should have bought in the first place! :banghead:
But it WAS fun!
