• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT rear speaker sound

There should be a setting to turn them on under "mode" on the dash. Check the fader settings in audio.

First you must set the system to Aux. function to use an I-pod or MP-3 etc..... Then go to Audio settings and make your adjustments to suit ........Mike

Not correct.
You set it to AUX for a MP3 player. That is any player that you connect via the 3.5mm audio plug.

If you have a supported iPod you use the iPod cable. Set it to iPod which will show up ONLY if you have a supported iPod connected.

That is the way I have it. I'm using the iPod cable. Get songs on dash. Can skip songs, etc. just don't get sound out of rear speakers. Balance set to middle. Just wonde5ing if there is way to get iPod sound out of rears.

The input from the rear port is just that: input. There's nothing about it, that prevents it from being distributed through the system in the manner specified.
Are you "473% surely positive", that you're getting sound from the rear speakers, when the radio is playing? :dontknow:
(Sorry: it had to be asked.)

I wonder if one of his speaker wires is not connected and thus causing no sound. Easy enough to pop off the rear speaker and check those connections if the "Fade" is not working.
