• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. RT Limited Cup Holder

ISCI Accessory Mount

Anyone find a reasonable cup holder for the RT Limited?

This is the best I have found and it provides a perfect place to attach ram balls for anything you want to mount. I have the butler cup holder on one side and an iPhone holder on the other. Yes, they can fit one on the right side also.Ram Ball Right.jpgRam Ball Overhead.jpg

Today I installed the Butler cup holder. Its for sale on this web. They have them From 99.00. I bought the B model that was a little more.
took my cup for a test run and it passed the test.

I couldn't find anything I liked so I made one for myself and one for the pasenger. Works great and holds almost any cup or bottle.

Installation?

I'm really impressed with your idea use of this and have looked it over on the ISCI website, but can't find anything regarding installation of this item. All I can find is that it's 'easy'. Is there any drilling involved? Would you have the installation instructions handy (or even a rough breakdown on how it's done)?

As I'm not terribly handy, just want to make sure before I spend the 120.00 for it!

Thanks,
Daryll

Does anybody actually try to pull their drink out of one of these holdes and take a swig with at speed?
(I keep the drinks in the top trunk; that's what fuel stops are used for!)
yes I do, or did b4 it snowed here. I found a long bendy straw at dollar store and it slides up in my helmet (full face) for a cool refreshing drink.:roflblack:

I have the Butler mug and am able to drink the whole cup between stops. Being a kidney transplant I must keep hydrated while I ride.

I don't see much use in any cup holder that holds a bottle where you have to unscrew a cap which takes both hands. The bottle of water will also get hot quickly being exposed. The Butler mug is insulated and keep the ice and water cold for hours. If you take the cap and straw off it doubles as a bottle or fast food cup holder

CUP HOLDER

Anyone find a reasonable cup holder for the RT Limited?

Found one in Reno at Street Vibrations in one of the vendor tents. Works great. Was only $10. Of course, made in China and I can't give you a name or web site; but they do exist. Good luck.

Type in the title of my message and it will lead to the link where I got my cup holder, the vendor is Air wing guy, he makes custom products for a variety of bikes, mine cost $55.75, it looks great.

I believe its Baker Air Wings that sell it. Pretty nice cup holder !!

I do. Wal mart had a bunch of cups, or drink containers on the shelf, so I took my cup holder in, with both liners, and test fit the containers until I found the right one. It has a straw that folds down when I close the lid, and to open is a one touch function. There is no more effort to that than searching for a radio station, or a song from the iPod.

Loosen the cap before you take off then finger tighten it back. Easy to open with one hand.
