• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT headset question

I read Fred Rau's blog on headsets and he mentions the RT uses a 7 pin connection. My HD headset has a 7 pin plug. I assume this will work, but wonder if anyone has actually tried it?

Thanks,

Mike

Hedset Connections

I just purchased two Arai Classic C helmets from Overbay's two wheel sound, In Murray Ky. 270-753-4092. They came pre-wired with headphones and mic. They sell Can Am compatible connections for helmet audio... CB..etc. Call and talk with Robert Overbay, he is extremely knowledgable and helpful. They sell the lower audio helmet cords compatible with Can am. Part # HC-ZVT for Spyders.

The headset that J&M sells, and specifically the down cord, is a 7-pin and also works with the Victory Vision & Spyder RT. Their part number that works with the RT is HC-ZVT for the cord.

I use the Cardo Scala Teamset. Bluetooth and completely wireless. I can even use my phone. Great quality and NO CORDS!

YAY!
