• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT

...I am going to save you a TON of money..........you already have a " semi-auto transmission ".......do I get a reward :yes::yes:........Mike

Anything is possible given enough time and money. But the real answer is NO its no where near cost effective. You would be thousands ahead trading it in on a similar year automatic.

By the way, if yours is a manual its a 2010 RT SM5, not SE5.

Confusion...

Sm is manual has a shift lever by your left foot. Se is semi automatic with a paddle shifter on the left grip. If you want full automatic your out of luck. As stated above changing from one to the other either way it would be best to trade up...

The manual transmission has a clutch lever and is shifted with the foot. Designated SM5 for the 2010 year.

The semi automatic transmission has a push button for shifting gears. No foot shifting needed. You must manually change gears with a push of the button. It will downshift on its own. Designated SE5 for the 2010 year.

There is NO fully automatic transmission available yet on the :ani29:. It is out there on other brands now.

It would be very costly to change from a SM5 to an SE5. Better to buy either or. Have not heard of anyone actually making a change like the above.
