• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT 622 Locked up

Hey folks, I'm in a spot. I was towing my 622 with about 100 lbs in it. Right tire on trailer locks up tighter than a frogs butt:yikes:. I got it home on a flat bed and now was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. It was about 25 degrees and sunny:thumbup:, so, not terribly cold. I'm probably gonna have to buy a new hub, but, thought I would ask her first:popcorn::popcorn: Thx for the input

Don't know..!!

Murphy Brown had issues with the trailer but never locked up. Sounds like a bearing problem but would check with brp anyway. If the mileage is low this should not be happening....:dontknow:

PM Lamont, site administrator. His did something similar to this back in or around 2011 or 2012 while coming to Daytona. I believe it was bearing.

I had this problem on mine. I only had about 400 miles on it. BRP replaced the hubs and bearings wheel everything under warrenty.

Thanks guys, this is why I ask on the forum, always get fast, accurate advice. :chat:.. :spyder2: Ryders rock:2thumbs::clap:

Keep the bearings (front and rear) packed. 7500 mile recommendation is too long. Maybe every 3500 miles would be better. Bearing buddies do not reach the rear bearing.

Good grade heat resistant grease is best.
