rss cruise control

can anyone tell me if the cruise control is standard on all of the rss's
or what year it became an option.

I like the riding position of the rs but I want a used one with the cruise control.

I rode an f3 and an st don't like the foot position

You do know you can change the foot pos on the f3 there are 5 pos. I had a 2013 rss it has cruise 2014 and 2015s also do. And yes it is standard on those years also standard on the f3s.

I think you can add the BRP cruise control. Some have said that the wiring is there but it is expensive. I added the throttlemeister to my 2012 RS SE5. It was an easy install and I like it better then the BRP Cruise Control that is on my F3

Any of the Fly By Wire throttles have cruise. You may need to modify or change the right side switch to activate the cruise.

Any of the cable throttles can have cruise added. Rostra is one brand that comes to mind.

As far as I can tell..

The 2012 didn't have it. but the 2013 - 2016 come with it.

You are correct in 2013 all models were switched to drive by wire allowing for cruise control. I am not certain how to re-wire it, but I believe there are others whom have.

Just sayin'...........
