RS seat wiring??

So what's the wiring attached to the underside of the RS seat, some sort of sensor?? Is it like my car for the passenger seat airbag?? :sour:

Let's the nanny know when there's a passenger. My assumption is that certain handling characteristics change under certain conditions.

I believe that sensor is also tied into the ABS brakes; it alters the brake bias towards the rear.

It's a switch that tells the VSS computer that there is a rear seated person. This will change the preformance to help make the passenger safer. That's IMHO.
