RS-GS-RS-S Sway Bar Update....

I know there are several Spyderlovers waiting for the Sway Bars that I am developing for the RS-GS & RS-S Spyders. We had a 'Fail' on our first try. I had hoped to be shipping these out early this week and we almost made it.

But the fabricator sent me bars that were bent incorrectly. The workmanship was excellent and I was impressed with everything except the dimensions.

I must say that I have been very happy with the response to my phone call to the salesman that I was dealing with when I discovered the problem. I sent some pictures in an email and the next day I got a call from the CEO of the company.

The bars will probably be done next week but I'm heading to Durango so it will be after the Spyder Owners event that I will be shipping.

If you are interested in these bars please email me at [email protected] and I will put you on the notification list and send you an email as soon as I am able to ship. You will not be a guinea pig. I will not ship these bars until I know they are right.

This first run I will be selling for $179 delivered to the 48 us states. If you are outside the US let me know where you want the bar shipped and I will give you a shipping quote.

RS-GS-RSS Sway Bar Update

Finally, the RS-GS-RSS Sway bars are scheduled to ship to me on Tuesday, July 24th. They don't have far to travel so I should have them by the end of next week.

Initial delivery cost (48 US States) will be $179.00. I have several 'Interested Spyderlovers' on my official waiting list that I will be emailing directly.

For those in a hurry I will be able to ship late next week but without install instructions. So, if you do not feel the need for installation instructions and you want a bar shipped ASAP then I can ship late next week.

If you would prefer to wait for instructions shipped with the bar then it will probably be an additional week before I can ship.

Once the instructions are completed I will email a copy to buyers if requested.

The install is very straight forward. For anyone with a modest amount of wrenching experience it should not be a problem. The new bar pretty much goes where and how the old bar went.

The easiest way to install these bars is to remove the Frunk. However, you can get away with removing the lower 2 bolts that hold the Frunk and moving it forward to access the necessary components.
