RS 2008-2010 odometer update

This update takes 2-3 min and will run the odometer until 99999.9 miles; thereafter the "." desappear and the new count starts at 100000.
So far, after the update:
-Trip A: working (counting)
-Trip B: working (counting)
-Hour Trip: stuck at 0.0
-Hour: stuck at 1070.9
This update is important for the RS owners so the odometer will still counting miles after 62,136.8 (not rolling back to 0.0) and also before the Total Hour Meter arrived at 1070.9.
