• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Wow that look nice did you have to cut the old exhaust?

On mine I used a 3" 90, on Ron's I cut the 90 off of the stock pipe and welded it on the Warrior pipe.

This works really great! Perfect placement and I was able to retain the stock heat shield. You don't really need it for heat but it gives a nice transition to the new muffler.

Thanks Lamont, exactly what I wanted! Sounds great too and I think it may even run stronger.

I think we have thr same angle of the dangle

Great angle. It may even be steeper than mine. I've got about 1-1/4 inches from the top of the muffler to the rider peg mount. It was a great change and it looks like you thought of it first.

From the photos it looks like the support strap that goes around the stock muffler has been eliminated with the installation of the new muffler. If so, wouldn't it be a concern that the weight of the muffler and engine vibrations might cause pipe problems evidentually? Even if the replacement muffler is lighter than the stock, the leverage involved might present a risk.

Been doing my own pipes for years. I'm not worried about it but I guess time will tell. Got over 2000 miles on mine right now and no sign of any issues. :doorag:

Risk! On a Motorcycle! OH MY! Here is a GREAT machine! Very Safe!

BMW C1 motorcycle. Fire up its 125- or 175-cc Bombardier Rotax motor, with its three-way catalytic converter. "Accelerate" away using the clutchless, continuously variable transmission (CVT). You're protected by a full roll cage and twin shoulder harnesses.

Oops! Forget your seat-belts? If that's the case, the vehicle won't go, so in Europe, no helmet is required (Oh MY, More Risk!@). Rain blows right over and there's even a sunroof! Ninety-eight-pound weaklings can park it (Wow! Something that I can handle!) -- no problem. Just pull one lever and a two-legged stand drops down. Pull another lever and the front wheel lifts up, leaving the scooter perched on its stand. Simply amazing!
