• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rode home on RT-S today

DeeKay53

RT-S PE#0100
from Canberra in the Australian Capital Territory (230klms). It poured rain all the way. Although the RT has plenty of protection, it didn't stop me getting soaked to the bone. The thing was I couldn't have cared less. Riding was a blast. Have to ride back next Friday for the 1000klm service. The wait has been hard but I was worth every bit.:ohyea::ohyea: I will post some pics soon.

:congrats: Enjoy your new ryde and ryde safe :2thumbs:

We brought home our RT in rain and sleet, what a mess that was!

I didn't get too wet in the rain, maybe you need to drive faster. :D

I couldn't go to fast as the rain was torrential.:sour: Started out very dry behind the screen but even a duck would have got soaked through in what I rode in, HA! Got home and the decals on the bottom of the panniers had washed off.:yikes: The ride home was through a mountain range (Kangaroo Valley) with wash outs on most corners. The RT stuck like S!!h to a blanket. I felt nothing but safe at all times.:2thumbs: Now comes the cleaning part.
