Rock and Roll Ride for Autism on Sunday Sept. 4th

H&K is sponsoring their 4th annual Rock and Roll Ride. They take a 80 mile ride from skippack to pocono raceway. Then you are allowed to take 3 laps around the track and enjoy in a catered lunch.

Just a reminder if anybody was thinking of doing this run. I'm already set to go fast around the Pocono track. Just trying to find a camera to do a video. As my wife will not be able to make it.

How are you feeling?? Is your body telling you anything new??? Hope you
don't mind I posted your link on Girls on Spyders (FB) There's women there
that never rode before and I wanted to give them the opportunity to learn
from your experience. If you need anything at all let me know..I'm not that
