• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Roadside Service

Lots of stories of various failures rendering Spyders stuck. Has anyone had to use the BRP BEST roadside service? If so, what was the experience?

The other day I got to thinking about this subject. I went through my paperwork again and realized the flyer for the BEST plan doesn't have a phone number on it. Can't find one anywhere in the paperwork. Guess I'm gonna have to call the dealer and get the number.

We got a card in the mail a few months after purchasing the plan and the roadside 800 number is on that card. I keep it in my wallet.

Yes, I thought of it on one of my rides and found the card that was sent with the warranty info. There is an number to call. I keep the card inbetween my ownership and insurance info and carry a Cell Phone. I never needed it this season but am glad I have it. I also have CAA here in Canada that would tow my Spyder or Car 200 klms.
