Value Accessories again proves that they are a stand-up company, and a friend to Spyder Riders by including the disclaimer regarding the Bump Skid. Now the choice is between protecting the front of the Spyder, or protecting the underneath of the Spyder where some important pieces of hardware are located.

It will not work with a bump skid. It replaces it. Apparently there will be a skid plate in the near future that attaches to the bumper. Mine has holes threaded for it already

You do not need a bumpskid with the bumper. The way the bumper is made it also protects the bottom of the frunk.

I got word that the prototype skid plate is on their demo unit in Fayetteville, AR for Bikes, Blues, and BBQ if anyone is in that area to snag some pics!! They wouldn't send them to me to see this time. :banghead:
