• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

recently purchased an 09 rs se5 super low miles and have been adding hand brake and floor boards. looking to purchase some risers and im leaning towards the rivca 3 inch even tho they cost a bit more, does anyone know if they will work with the isci hand brake? called custom dynamics about their 4.5 inch risers and was informed they arnt making them anymore but i have seen them else where. any thought or suggestions?

Risers

What specifically is your concern.....I have put them on a GS and an RSS ( two slightly different types of dog-bone style ,like Custom Dynamics tho )........Mike

my concern is will the rivca risers work with the isci handbrake. i think im gonna prefer the shorter 3 inch riser but they dont appear to have the bend of the custom dynamics.

..MAYBE SOMEONE WHO HAS THE ISCI HAND-BRAKE WITH RISERS WILL ANSWER THAT PART..............But since you have an SE trans there are other options from the Snow-mobile world that will work.......My first RISER was from that venue because they didn't make them for Spyders back then........It was 3 inch also............And it doesn't need to bend, just angle it back to wards you.........Mike

THESE RISERS

You may want to try something like this. Some of the first owners of the '08's used these, including me, and am still using them after seven yrs. Sorry, I guess I'm really not answering your question if they'll work with the hand break.

...These are exactly what I bought a few years back ....made by " EASY RIDERS " ...they stopped making them because ??? they probably couldn't afford to......they are machined solid Billet Aluminum and at this price are a STEAL , even witht he shipping..........He has an SE so they should work unless the ISCI brake interferes..........Mike

I think you'll be fine

I put the ISCI handbrake on my 09 RS a couple years ago. The brake line that comes with it is long enough to easily allow a 3" riser. The handbrake takes a bit of practice due to a long handle movement but I really like having it.
