• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Right side heat

There still is some heat experienced on the right side mostly off the engine. Socks and long pants are a must. I feel it a lot more than my other cycles. :redfaced:

So far, in the cooler weather it has felt pretty good. Come Summer and I may change my mind! [If I had one]

Yup, Same here.
But I'm sure in a couple months there will be a place for that spot to divert the air under or behind it. so it doesn't get so hot.
but over all. i freaking love this toy

I noticed this problem during the Demos in jacksonville.. for now my leg might get hot... BUT It still turns heads.

I live here in central Florida and have had my Spyder about a week. Temp here is in the high 70's or low 80's now and I don't notice any excessive heat at all. I certainly am aware when the fan kicks in, but even then it is OK. I don't think this is going to be a problem at all.
