Riding up to Petoskey

yep...plan on having a good weekend ...riding up to Petoskey with some friends on the back roads...then probably going to swing over to the Sunrise side on Sunday for a good cruise home...:2thumbs:

Hope everyone has a safe, pleasant weekend and remember the reason for the holiday... take time to honor our fallen military and thank them for our freedoms...

Had a great weekend..took off yesterday overcast light drizzle but no rain 56* out...

Saw another :spyder2:as we was coming into Clare...anyone from here?
rode up and bought some donuts at Cops & Donuts, then lunch at Bob's Lounge...

rode up M115 to M-66 to M-72...still overcast but no rain...

took 72 into Acme then up US 31 thru Charlevois to Petoskey...

we stayed at the Comfort Inn right by the turn off to 119 ...went up to Oden for dinner ...yummm
Today we headed out with bright sun...down 131 to m-32 then over to m-33 and down ...sun was out shinning all day..

made it home without getting a drop on us...right now big thunderstorm coming thru...

Doing alot better...we had two good weekend rides...at least we know we can hold up good for 200plus miles a day...its a start...
