What riding position do you use?

Same here! I'm about 5'-10", but short legs (30" inseam").

Bars fully back, pegs on position 3

Bars rotated 180 degrees and positioned fully back with floorboards installed fully forward.

I like the option of moving bars back, on like rides it could help numbness. Problem is I always forget to try it....
