Took my bike to this dealership with a Suspension Fault, 3 1/2 weeks later they said they couldn't fix it. Just want you folk's coming here for bike week to know. The dealership did not charge me so that's a good thing.

That reply ( from the dealer ) says volume's about that business .... Ask them what they learned ( or didn't ) and why They couldn't fix it ..... good luck .... Mike :thumbup:

I don't understand why they couldn't find anything.
Are they still a Spyder Dealer?
Are they going out of business?
I mean what goes with them?

Our Spyder was purchased from Ride Now in Ocala. It was a stupid decision buying from them, but it happened.
Having previously worked in a large multi brand dealership, suffice to say I knew the game. Also, prior to negotiating, I made a few calls and knew all the info I needed.

Simply, a bunch of clowns when we dealt with Ride Now Ocala. Can honestly say it was by far the worst buying experience I ever endured. There are only a few dealers I recommended, and drive past several going the 155 miles each way to the dealer of choice. Whenever Ride Now is mentioned, I cringe and advise folks to be on high alert for their silliness.
