• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cindi & I are taking a ride over to Madison, Wisconsin next weekend just for the hell of it..Staying at the Grandstay Residential Suites..(if anybody has experience with this hotel, let us know please)..Figured that we'd make the trip, sightsee a little and go out to a nice resturant and maybe find a place with a band on Saturday night...If anybody cares to join us, they're more
than welcome...

I love riding the Badger. Is this going to be the last season for it or did they find a way around the coal ash issue?

:dontknow: No SS Badger :( After we got back from Spyderfest my wife suggested that we spend a week riding around the lake and we planed on coming home on the Badger to miss Chicago. I hope they find a way to keep it running.

There are a few rides going on that weekend.

(1) WISOAR is meeting at Robs dealership in Johnson creek on May 19th at 11am, (I-94 and highway 26) about 45miles east of Madison. After lunch we will ride the very scenic Kettle Moraine north to Hartford, then back to Robs.

(2) Freedom ride: I am not going on this ride because I am going on the other ride, but you can visit the web site: www.operationcelebratefreedom.org/events/freedom-ride/.
there is a starting point in Madison for this ride.

There will be more Spyder riders on the first ride.

No reprieve in sight. The EPA has dug in their heels. Maybe we need to write our congressmen. Oops, forget that, they can't take care of the business they have now. Making the Badger shut down is like shooting the last dinosaur...it is reprehensible!
