There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It was an awesome day to ride. We met a couple more Spyder owners who had never heard of Spyderlovers...Should have more new members 
Here are the fun facts:
Lake Villa police has a tricked out Spyder used for traffic control among other things...cops are getting on a bandwagon ha
We met a couple of BRP reps...one named Luke (rep for IL and WI) Quebec plates but works out of Wisco...fun fact is that his RT broken down as the first leg of the ride started...even BRP guys are struggling at times. There was also an IT guy from BRP...nice guy. BRP gave him an RS for a weekend to enjoy this event.
Last, as expected, HD owners were all of us...mostly curious. One genius asked with a cynical smile...you don't need a motorcycle license, right? it is the way he asked that bugged me.
Let's hope, next year turn out of Spyders is greater!!
