• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rewaco is back

Thanks for posting .... I'd never seen one before ......AND I'M GLAD I HADN'T :roflblack:.....talk about Fugly ... it's worse than the HD trikes .....JMHO .... Mike

The Rewaco Trike is back being sold in the US. Very interesting.

:yikes: They're all going the wrong way!! And it doesn't look like the pair of front wheels steer either - all the vids show them steering the BACK wheel... but I guess that's cos they're going the wrong way.... :dontknow: :p

Not for me thanks! I might be annoyed by the poor execution of some of the great concepts in our Spyders, but I'm not ever going back to any trike with a front/steer wheel like that! Those things're unsafe at any speed! :gaah:

Interesting platform, but like Peter and Mike, they are not my cup of tea, two in the front for me!!!:chat:

Hard to imagine any existing 'biker' wanting a machine that large and unwieldly. Maybe there's a few newbies in the USA that don't understand the physics of a standard trike in cornering and braking.

I think I might go for that trike over the HD trike. Around my neck of the woods, there are several of the same style home built trikes using the VW motor and rear suspension system. Some are very impressive rides that seat two passengers side by side. They appear to be popular among older hog riders. It takes a lot of wrenching to build one of those.

That thing is Ginormous. Too much so for me. And, as a second opinion it is fugly. In it's favor........it does have three wheels. :roflblack:

I don't know why it is. Maybe they look better in person. But they always remind me a a big mower without the deck...

I like it, what was the recent thread everyone was replying too about having no trouble converting from one bike to another. Nothing too it, but oh no I couldn't ride one of these within it's limits, wth!:banghead: Harden up you guys what next, not climate change friendly:banghead::banghead:

Looks like a big wheel and I can tell you, big wheels and I didn't get along when I was a kid. I didn't buy a HD trike because of it's non-safety factors. I like my Spyder. No worrying about corners or turns and due to the power steering, no need to fight the steering.

I have been looking at Rewaco trikes on YouTube and I like what I'm seeing. There is a Rewaco dealer in Fort Meyers, Florida and one of these days I intend to ride down there to get an up close and personal look at them. I know they are a lot more expensive than my Spyder RT LTD, but everybody that owns a Rewaco raves about the performance, storage and reliability of those trikes. TCRS = Take Care, Ride Safe.

If I sat in one of those, I would have to have a crane on call at every stop to get me out of the seat :yikes:

Pete

Nice to see a manufacturer / dealer do that.
