• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

.. after getting oil change, new rear tire.
22,800 miles. Back to the shop next week. But, there is riding to be done this weekend.
I was always a bit suspect about the Spyder's reverse lever. After over 55, 500 miles of riding Spyders, this is a first. The lever is loose. Apparently, the cable is loose.

Mine is an SM5. For the next few days, backing up will be like owning a Harley. Lol!

I suspect cause/effect since you just had work done by the dealer. Maybe something needs adjusting after the service performed on it.

:agree: While they were up under the Tupperware getting ready to pull the plug for the oil change; could they have inadvertently smacked something loose?:gaah:

Good Luck! Please let us know what happened!

I'll keep everyone posted. We rode over 200 miles yesterday always keeping in mind where I was going to park! Lol! I'll be taking it in this coming week to get it looked at.

I'll be the first to admit that I've never tried to follow all of the connections, linkages and thingamajigs that turn forward into reverse on these things...:opps:
I would perhaps offer up a suggestion that you send a PM to Lamont; he's the guy who could probably tell you just what to check over!
