In and earlier thread I mentioned tweaking my elka shocks. I've still been doing some retweaking and think I have her dialed in just how I like it. I guess some information would be in order. I have a 2010 RT-S. Elka shocks are the 300 lb (older addition) I am 6' tall, weigh 190 lbs (give or take a few). 85% of my riding is solo and I can't say I'm aggressive, but I'm not timid in the least either.
I recently had front tires added and an alignment. I had tweaked my elkas to 9 inches and 15 rebound. It was good, but not just what I wanted. I have no set mine at 8.85 inches and 10 rebound and I'm loving it. I forgot to mention that I usually keep my air pressure at 20 lbs on the front and 30 on the back.
Hope this provides some info for others.
