• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After 39 years with Diebold, I retired. On the day I retired, Sue and I bought a new truck to replace my work van. We bought a 2025 Nissan Frontier Pro X, 4x4 - Sweet Truck. Spent a little of our retirement. No pics yet.

I also lost my phone when I got done, and I turned 64 yesterday. Bruce

Congratulations :congrats:

Phone?? What phone? :dontknow: We're Retired, we don't need no steenkin' phones!

Get another phone if you must; but get out there and enjoy your retirement too! Do some of those things you &/or you'n Sue never had time for while you were working; and don't let others fill your day with crap 'just to fill all those empty hours you have now that you're retired!!' :banghead:

Being Retired is a Full Time Job - Get Stuck Into It and Enjoy it!

Nice birthday present! Congratulations, on all.

:congrats: On the retirement and the new truck. We are at retirement plus 5 years and so far, it is all going good.

Congratulations and enjoy. I echo Peter's comment about retirement being a full time activity! This coming January marks 20 years since I retired. After the first few years I felt the need to do something part time. So, I did a little security guarding and also sold RVs part time. I found those PT gigs were getting in the way of life! The stress and responsibility to others for my time became something I didn't want or need. I now enjoy every day being Saturday and choosing how to spend my time. Being retired is great. Hoping you enjoy it to its fullest.....

I retired 18+ years ago and still working hard at being retired. Had the Kawasaki KRX 1000 out for a small group ride today(4 rigs) and tomorrow will be a trike ride.

Retired in March. Glad to see I'm not the only one who isn't able to do all the things I'd like to do. Good news is that there is no pressure. I'll get to things eventually. How did I ever manage life in all those years I was working full time?

Congrats on your retirement, enjoy it! As you settle in, resist the urge to take a 20 min job and stretch it into a 3 hr. project.

I found after a couple of months, I wondered how I ever had time to go to work.:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Congratulations on the retirement.
