• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Good to hear..!!

glad it was such a resounding event. Looks like a good time was had by all... glad your home safe...

Mike and I ( Blueknight911 + Deanna777) got home @ 2:30. We stopped in Rutland, got something to eat, then we took RTE 7 North towards Middlebury, then RTE 73 Awesome twisties, then got on to RTE 100 North to home.

We had a great time. Deanna777:ohyea:

Home safe and sound. Spyder all cleaned up after 2 days rain. Met some nice people especially from the South.

The only negative comments i heard was not enough vendors for farkles and to hard to get in to get anything done. Glad I made my appointment on line. Got my alignment, sway bar and links. Would been nice to get some lighting guy was booked. Good problem too have. I personally would like to see a bigger selection of vendors.
All and all had good time:yes:

Glad everyone enjoyed our efforts again this year. It keeps us going and I might add we all love doing this. So a word to let you know we are home safe and sound, got home at noon, made great time, then went to catch up on some sleep.

carol and I got home at 12:30. just a hair over three hours. glad everyone had a good time. i'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the vendors, and especially all the donors for the gifts they gave us for "farkle bingo!" without them this event wouldn't be what it is!! i'd also like to make a plea for more volunteers. without more support from spyderlovers members, and more volunteers, this is going to be a tough journey. everyone wants to see this event grow, but without more support and more volunteers, it will never happen. so please, if you can help, please pm us and join the committee.:2thumbs:

Well, not home but I made it to Washington DC - I'll make it back to Dallas later this week!!

I'm going to write a proper thank you and perspective... But in short - amazing event with breathtaking views!!

Pierrette and I home at 5pm! Thanks all for a great time! The SpyderQuest team and sponsors, did a fabulous job!:thumbup:

Home from SpyderQuest 2014

Made it home with a sore butt, now i think its time to shop for an AirHawk.

This was our first time at a large Spyder event.
What a blast we had, we are already planning on going back next year.
All we need are the dates and location and we are booking. (not at the last minute this time)

Met some really nice people and saw some again that we had met at the Spyder factory tour back in June, hopefully we will all meet again.

And the rain on Saturday, coming back from the Lake Placid ride, that was something, but with good gear we made it back almost dry. :roflblack:

A big round of applause to the Organizers again, who made us all feel welcome, did a awesome job of everything, you deserve a big THANK YOU.
:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:

650+ miles home around 945pm, finally only stopping for gas! we trailered 3 bikes/ 4 people. Husband is point A to point B driver. Loaded bikes this morning due to rain last night. Hope everyone had/has safe travels.

Fun time, I'm a warm, dry weather rider and even the cold and rain didn't discourage me. Spyderquest team was awesome! Vender donations over the top!

We decided to stay the day in Lake George. So we got home late last night. Well worth it as the day was gorgeous. And the ride home was beautiful. The perfect weather after the rain on Saturday. Anyway thanks to everyone for putting together such a great event. Otter it was really nice getting to know you. Chuck I didn't get to check out your seat. Perhaps at chatterbox sometime.

Thx again everyone!
