• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Replacing handlebars on a 2008 Can-Am spyder RS

Can anyone tell me how to remove the handlebars on my 2008 RS? Or tell me where I can find a video that will walk me through it?

Don't know.....

about the video but you have (4) bolts 10mm heads ( parts page says 5mm x 11) that go in from the back side of the cover plate that have to be removed to gain access to the mounting bolts. Two are at the outter edges top and two close to the center. You need to turn the bars all the way to one side to get one and turn the other way for the other on the center ones. Once removed you will remove the cover plate and see the holding plate and bolts that hold the bars on. If you use different bars I do not think the covers will go back on....
