• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Recently, I have seen posts on SPYDERLOVERS.COM about loosing keys to your precious Spyder. Because of those posts, I decided to purchase 2 new keys from a third-party.

I got 2 keys for $64.51 (total finished cost - at the end of the day). However, you were not WITHOUT your extra key for 8 days like me to send it off and await for its return along with my new uncut keys.

QUESTION: I am curious. Did your new keys come with the holes so you could add to your key ring? You know, the hole that BRP refuses to add to their keys?

That might give me an excuse to ride down to SD for fun and also kill another bird
If you want to avoid the ride you can do what I did. However, I am not one to deter a fellow Spyder owner from coming up with excuses to make a trip.

That post was from Aug 2013. However the clonable keys can be obtained online, there are several threads with links to an online dealer, and you can get them cloned and maybe even cut at places like Lowes, Ace, etc. Or you can take them to a locksmith and get the cloning and cutting done.
