• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone know what after market bulbs will work in the tail lights? I think they are 1157 but not sure. Also I seen higher watt bulbs that are blue and give a much brighter light I think they are 21 watts is that OK to use on the SPYDER?

1157 works in Spyder tail lights. You need to take about 7 Torx screws out to do it and it is very simple without the sport rack. With sport rack installed, inside lens screw is blocked and you will have a real challenge getting the bulb holder and bulb out so you can replace it, but it can be done.

I replaced both my taillights and the licence plate light with bulbs from Advance Auto Parts , I took the bulbs out and took them with me to match them up properly , I don't think they were 1157. they were identical replacements though ! I'm sure you can find them at any Auto store in your area !

You can replace your rear turn signals with leds. Check out the Triple Play from No Magic Neon. I believe he has a red led brake light as well. :2thumbs:
