• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Replace the air filter

Since I bought our 2017 Spyder RT new, I have been changing the oil, filters (oil & air). Last week, when I pulled the air filter out an unknown part came with it. NOT THE COVER. I think I see where it goes but can't seem to get it back in place. There is an index built into the housing, which I have to index where this part goes. Also, further inside the air box, there seems to be another place where another one of these parts is supposed to go. I will have to look further as I don't know where the second? part went. Any help with this would be appreciated, as I am getting quite frustrated.

I think we are going to need pictures of your situation to give meaningful advice. Or at least a parts fiche identifying the parts that you’re having issue with.

The BRP ring P/N 707800525 was laying in the air filter compartment/box when I removed my K&N air filter for cleaning. I am tempted to just put the air filter back in, and say to hell with it. I have owned this bike since 2017 and have never had this happen before. Everything I have read on this including youtube tells me how to remove and replace the air filter, which I have no need of.
