• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

removing BRP lower belt guard.........how?

OK, nothing critical and sounds stupid I know, but......... what I found was that the 3 nuts (that you can't see or actually hold) are spinning while I'm turning the bolt head. :banghead:
Don't think getting a wrench up in there to hold the nut is possible. :dontknow: If so, what size wrench/socket fits? :dontknow:
I'm looking to add a few washers to bring the "plastic" out a little because it does appear it has lightly rubbed the belt/sprocket edge at some time.:banghead:
appreciate any insight.

Oh yeah those are a pain. Try lifting the bike up a bit to get your hand and wrench in there. I think its 10MM. Think only one of them had a washer to keep the plastic away from the belt.

I did this a long time ago, when I put a home made belt guard on, and :agree: it wasn't easy .... if you can jack it up it's a lot easier to do ..... good luck ... Mike
