• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Registering a spyder

I recently bought a Spyder. It was used and registered with BRP to the previous owner. How do I get the bike registered into my name with BRP ?
Thanks

Did you try registering it with them and have it "error-out" on you?? :dontknow: I would think that by putting the info in under your name would let BRP know that the bike has a new owner...

try BRP official website. Not very user friendly to navigate--but you will find interesting stuff while surfing around it.

Our local Can-Am dealer handled the paperwork when we rode our Spyder by there for the first time (after showing registration and insurance paperwork). They also took care of the BEST warranty name transfer as well. If you have a nearby dealer, they might be able to help you.

If you have the manual that came with the Spyder, In the back there's a change of owner form.
