• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Reducing Vibration passenger floorboards

Anyone have a suggest on any with less vibration than stock for 2012-RT?

Well the 2012 did not come with driver floorboards, only pegs, so any floorboards will be more comfortable or you can get Lamonts NBV highway pegs (NBV = NO BAD VIBES).

I'm surprised that you are getting vibrations on the passangers floor boards ! Do you get any vibrations on your foot pegs ? Do you get vibrations from the belt ? Some have had trouble with bad or woren motor mounts and some had trouble with the belt at certain RPMs.

The vibration is not a big issue. Just improving comfort for wife. Happy wife=more hours on bike for her. I will check RIVCO.

I would first check to make sure that everything is nice and tight...
THAT could be causing the "buzziness"...

I was having some pretty bad vibration at different rpms. I took it to my dealer and they said it was the belt and tightened it.
