• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Agreed

Welcome to the spyder world and this most helpful site...

CAN AM belts are 309.99$ at Cheap Cycle Parts according to the parts book. This is the price at other places as well.

Cheapest on Ebay is $249.00 but I doubt a dealer would install it for you.

Welcome.
I'll be at the speedway in April for a few days.

What makes you think you might need a new belt ?

What year and model of Spyder do you have ??
Putting that info. in your "signature" here can be helpful in the future.

Cheapcycleparts has two prices, one for members and one for non-members. Price for 2011 RTS belt for members is $266.

There are actually several 'tiers' at CheapCycleParts. The non-members or general public pricing is generally MSRP. Then there is a discount for members and current customers. Customers with higher purchase quantities and larger businesses get other discount percentages based on business case. This is similar to how many parts houses work. NAPA, Ford and others use similar arrangements.

Members???

In the second quote "member" are mentioned. Are these Spyder Lovers members or some other group?

Go to the web site and sign up. You will get a base discount just for that. From there your discount will depend on level of business.
