This is the first Spyder Rally that i have attended that had a nice number and variety of Vendors. All of which are really nice folks. Out of curiosity I stopped by SpyderPops to see if I needed to take off my Bumbskid to replace the LED's that came with it.
Here is the story. I got my Spyder in Feb. of 2015 and in March had a knee replaced so didn't get much riding in till mid summer. While laid up i ordered a bumpskid with LEDs and a sway bar from Spyderpops and a friend much more mechanically inclined than i installed them for me. In June I was getting around fine so my son and I rode to Cody, WY. with my old Goldwing buddies. (They still let me ride with them). On the way home we did Bear Tooth pass and near the botton coming into Red Lodge I hit a softball size rock. Bumpskid did it's job and saved my Tupperware, but it knocked out the LED's. I contacted Spyderpops about buying another LED string of lights and they sent me a set free of charge. Well like I mentioned I am not mechanically inclined and those lights have been riding in the top box for two years. Aaron said he'd just put them on for me. While he was doing that, he asked when I got the Bumpskid and when I told him he said he'd just replace the bumbskid too, because they had improved it a lot since I got mine. All this to my surprise was done at no cost to me. Aaron said I was a customer and they take care of their customers. Wow. There needs to be more people and business's like that. Thank you Aaron and SpyderPops, You are Special and will get my whole hearted praise and support. For those who don't have the sway bar I can tell you they make a world of difference in the handling of your Spyder. Call and talk to Spyderpops about one.
Thanks again Aaron and crew at Spyderpops
