• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey everyone,
We are going to be riding all the way from MI and back again for this event. I am not planning on packing a lot of extra stuff. I realize we are going to a movie premier but I am currently planning on my riding attire. That means Jeans for me. I am I the only one that has thought of this? I don't plan on bringing dress clothes, do you think that will be an issue?

I sure hope it isn't an issue as we are riding from TN and back, camping most of the time. Riding attire (our protective gear) was our plan -- anyway, weren't there rides planned on Saturday? Jeans in evening sounds good to us.

Besides... BRP is Canadian, French Canadian. A formal suit there consists of a plaid lumberjack shirt, a touque and suspenders. So jeans, a ball cap and a leather jacket should be OK. :roflblack:

bring a hat (and sunglasses)..walking around Universal City Walk can be kind of sunny (and if you have a bald head like mine the hat is a life support system)

jeans for sure and a couple of NEW shirts, casual but stylish. Not a flannel shirt and pants, that outfit is for today, here in the U.P.

I know BRP is touting this as the 'Premier', but the movie actually hits theaters on the 24th - so it's not like it will be 'the' Premier where all the stars show up.

You guys that go will be the stars with your Spyders!:D

Enjoy - I would say wear whatever you normally would.

I wondered about that myself. Also, if bjt and I share one parking spot do we have to pay for two spyders to park if there is a fee?

I think something comfortable. Keep in mind this is Los Angeles in June. It is going to be HOT. It is already 90 degrees at 10am

Need summer clothes anyway, it is 1:00pm and it is 34f here. All I have is sweatshirts, so must shop.
:2excited:
:ohyea:

I'm going with jeans and t-shirt. I hope they do set up some kind of deal on parking. I called Universal Studios the other day and asked about bike parking and was told each bike pays $12.00 and if you want prefferred it is $20.00 :yikes:.

Funny guy thank to you for the comment on the French Canadian :chill:

Just to be fair... here in British Columbia we'd be wearing gumboots, a life jacket and a raincap. :roflblack:
