Recognize this highway peg mounting bar?

Saw this highway peg mounting bar on a parked Spyder, looks very solid and well built. Looks all formed and nicely welded. Anyone have any ideas what brand it is? Thanks

Looks like the type we had on our 2010 RT. KEWLMETAL had made them.

Thanks and please let me know. BTW I have a 2008 GS / RS not an RT but it might not matter. Didn't find them on kewlmwtal website
