There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Recall on "The Rear Shock for no dampening" on a 2010 RT

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has heard of this recall? I have my bike at the dealership for a replacement of the broken arm on the windshield. They have already had it for 3 days, even though I preordered the part and then made an appointment. Now they are telling me that they have discovered that my rear shock has no dampening and that there is a recall on it. They have placed a call to CanAm. Help, I have no idea what they are talking about, or am I being scammed here?

Thanks in advance.

Have not heard of a shock recall. Had my 2010 for four years and no mention was made to me. The shock always worked for me. 36,500 miles before I traded on new 2014.

We had some kind of "Suggested" repair to ours. Not an official recall. But they replaced everything but the pump ( Mean everything, sensor, switch, hoses,, fittings ETC. Assuming yours is the air version) for not dampening...
